Captain Mike’s passion for the open waters runs deeper than the Gulf of America. With rod in hand at age 3, Mike ‘s constant source of contentment, joy and peace has always been on the water. As the captain of Go Fish SRQ in Sarasota, FL, he’s made it his life’s work to share his thrill of offshore fishing with anglers of all skill levels. After spending decades in the construction industry, Mike traded steel-toed boots for deck shoes and followed his lifelong passion for fishing. With decades of fishing experience under his belt, Mike went on to earn his Masters Captain’s License (50 Ton).
